Catch up

For those of you who have missed lessons, here's what you have missed:

Watch this for an insight into literary heroes - especially Robinson Crusoe and his opinions on natives:

In your study period annotate the extracts and bring these to Wednesday's lesson so we can discuss.

Wednesday we will be looking at Thetis and Queen Herod - so please read these before the lesson.

Queen Herod is a response to T.S Eliot's poem The Journey of the Magi. http://www.blight.com/~sparkle/poems/magi.html

What do you know of Herod? What did he do? Why did Duffy choose to tell the Queen's side?

See you all Wednesday!
